Glycerol Monostearate SOFTEMUL® - SE is a white color solid waxy flakes, used in oil-in-water emulsions that are in pH range of 5 to 9. This anionic modified emulsifier can be used as an additive for candy, or surface active agent; as softener in textiles; as an emulsifying and whopping agent for instant products; as essential ingredient in the formulation of starch products, chewing gum, ice cream, milk powder, etc., and for maintaining the freshness of bakery goods.
