Moneplast HM

Moneplast HM is an external lubricant which is produced with the help of modern technologies and processes to make high quality products. It is a white to cream coloured granular powder with a melting point of84 degree Celsius. It helps to reduce adherence between the polymer melt and the metal surfaces. Moneplast HM is non polar in nature with properties like esters, amides, fatty acids, PE waxes, paraffin and metal soaps. It has a long molecular carbon chain which acts as a lubricating agent and helps to avoid contact of two friction surfaces from each other.

Applications

MONEPLAST HM is used in the Rigid PVC processing:

• The PVC fittings as lubricant and mould release agent.
• Also consumed for conduits, cable compounding etc.
• Very good compatibility
• Suited for transparent applications
• Improved surface gloss
