Applications

Mono Di Glycerides MONEGYL® – GO60 is a clear viscous oily liquid which is used as diluents and emulsifiers in oleoresins and lubrication applications. It can also be used for preparing stable  emulsion and improving the dispersibility for the coffee whiteners, liquids. It plays a vital role as antifoaming agent in creating protein foams. Flavor stability in the sport drinks can be achieved with this emulsifier. It can be used as a vitamin oil solubilizer for creating Vitamin drops and Vitamin Mineral Supplements of Vitamins and Vitamin Mineral.
